Stay hydrated

Staying hydrated helps your joints and muscles to function properly, whilst also helping to cleanse toxins out of your body. The amount of water you need to drink per day is dependent on several factors, including your age, weight, height, and activity levels. Be consistent with your sleep 

Sleep is one of the luxuries in life. During sleep, you get to turn your battery off, recharge, and wake up energized for a new day.

You should be aiming to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep per night and a maximum of 9 hours. To help you, you can set reminders on your phone that will notify you when you need to sleep. 

Once you start maintaining a regular sleeping pattern, your whole life will change – mentally and physically, you will feel amazing. 

Cut down on screen time

For all the wonder of modern technology, there is one major downside: too much screen time. 

This can strain your eyes, negatively impact your posture, and make you feel groggy. 

But don’t worry, it is easy to stop this. On most iPhones and Androids, you can set time limits for your most used apps. For example, if you are spending a lot of time on Instagram, you can set a daily limit of 3 hours.
